Song Sparrow Farm moved from Haydenville to Florence in 2019. We are a 3/4 acre No-Till farm, meaning we care for each crop by hand and hold the soil health in high regard. Our specialty is salad mix, and we also grow a WIDE variety of other vegetables! Those include kale, carrots, all sorts of tomatoes (heirlooms, cherries, red slicers), cucumbers, eggplants, peppers, winter squash, summer squash, turnips, radishes, culinary herbs, and...I'm sure I'm forgetting something!
This year (2021), we're excited to be planting flowering perennial strips on the farm for full-season pollinator food.
Please reach out with questions about our growing practices or our farm share.
Riverwood Farm grows tomatoes, salad greens, cucumbers, peppers, radishes, summer squash and zucchini, flowers, kale, spinach, snap peas, cherry tomatoes, potatoes, and more. We also sell eggs from other local producers in the farm stand at 16 Walpole Rd in Haydenville (the location of Valley View Farm, whose land Riverwood Farm leases).

We sell to River Valley Co-op, State Street Fruit Store, Cooper's Corner, Bread Euphoria, and occasionally others. Please reach out if you're interested in our salad mix or other fresh veggies.
We have a 35 member CSA that runs from June until early October. Share options are the Juny/July share, and the Fall share (August, September, and the first week of October). You can choose to include local eggs in your share as well. Please reach out for details.
