Wolfe Spring Farm is a family-owned and -operated certified organic and certified naturally grown CSA. We grow a wide variety of small fruits and vegetables. We also raise egg layers, meat chickens, turkeys, pigs, dairy cows and a goat.
Watercress, asparagus, sugar snap peas, haricot verts, edamame, arugula, broccoli, beets, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, berries, bok choy, Chinese cabbage, chard, carrots, cucumbers , eggplant, escarole, fennel, fingerling potatoes, garlic, kale, melons, onions, potatoes, parsnips, radish, raddichio, shallots, scallions, salad mix, tomatoes, turnips, squash.

CSA is on-farm pick-up on one of three days, and runs from the first week in May until the first week in November. A share also includes seven harvest workshops, a Thanksgiving harvest and a December root cellar harvest. Share price is $580, with a returning-member discount.
